[jats-list] Tagging for AI training/data mining notice?

Greetings, all. We want to add the following sentence to our reports (which
are posted on NCBI Bookshelf):

"Use of RTI Press publications for text and data mining, AI training, and
similar technologies is prohibited without RTI's express written permission."

I couldn't turn up any discussion/example of how to tag such a thing in the
list archive, JATS4R, or the tag library. It seems like the most likely
solutions would be either as a second <license-p> element within our
<permissions>, or as a standalone <notes> paragraph within <book-meta>, in
which case we would need an attribute name:

         <copyright-statement>(c) 2024 RTI
International.</copyright-statement>
         <copyright-year>2024</copyright-year>
         <license license-type="open-access"
