I think I found an obvious typo in the sample of Appendix A, If you go to the end of the sample and step backwards you pass the <style-rule> for BLOCKQUOTE and the <style-rule> for ADDRESS and then you hit "<rule>" for PRE, TT, CODE, KBD, and SAMP. Question: Isn't this element supposed to be <style-rule> instead of <rule>? The 5th <rule> from the top already took care of the rule portion of things.
