And once by modif, perhaps - which should be simple given the particular
representation that you have adopted. But consider this

<DTITLE>
    <Name type="l">some kanji characters go here</Name>
    <Duration>59</Duration>
    <Modif>1998-2-2 19:34:19</Modif>
</DTITLE>
