For more information on what is implemented in Microsoft IE5 and Datachannel XJParser you can also refer to: http://msdn.microsoft.com/xml/xsl/tutorials/default.asp Rob Nichols DataChannel, Inc -----Original Message----- From: Tim McCune [mailto:timm@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx] Sent: Monday, April 19, 1999 11:31 AM To: 'XSL List' Subject: Datachannel XSL (XTL?) Has anyone played with Datachannel's new XSL processor? They call it an XTL engine, I guess to make it clear that it's only implementing section 2 of the spec. Anyway, I was just trying to make some sense out of the documentation, and it appears that there is no way to apply an XSL stylesheet to an org.w3c.dom.Document. Instead, you have to have their special com.datachannel.xml.om.Document. Did anyone else get this impression? If this is true, it pretty much means that Datachannel's XSL processor is useless as far as interoperability. Sigh. Any other general thoughts on this package?
