A general plea. I'm sure there are many people on this list prepared to help
debug people's XSL fragments, but the first essential is to know what
product or XSL dialect you're using. The specification of aspects such as
the condition syntax in xsl:if has changed unrecognisably in different
versions of the spec. If you're using the Microsoft dialect, for example,
then I can't help you, but I'm sure other people can.
