RE: entity expanding in MSIE5

IE5 has a serious bug. It is unable to display entities if you use a CSS
stylesheet.
It has an even more serious bug if you have declared external entities. Even
if you don't make an entity reference in the document, a declared external
entity will show up in the View, but none of the top document (except maybe
some garbage) will show.
