Remember XSL _is_ XML, the first thing that happens is that it is parsed
by an XML parser, and &nbsp is_ an entity reference to an undefined
entity. You can either define the entity in your stylesheet by adding
a <!DOCTYPE at the top of the file which includes an entity declaration,
or more simply just refer to the character directly not by an entity
reference, &#160;
