I'm using the lotus xsl processor, and I can't seem to output the following
string: <A href="javascript:exec('edit')"></A>

Instead I get the following which I obviously don't want:
&lt;A href="javascript:exec('edit')"&gt;&lt;/A&gt;
or: <A href="javascript:exec(&#39;edit&#39;)"></A>
