It is my (contraversial) opinion that those attributes are not only
useless but dangerous because they confuse earnest seekers like you and
I. I would recommend you ignore them and concentrate on the two
powerful, well-understood concepts in XLink: links and anchors. The
behavior stuff is just there to fool people into thinking that their
infinitely diverse, proprietary link behaviors are somehow standardized.
