If :the source isn't valid in the way you want it, what does the :stylesheet do, :put out an error page as the result? :Surely XML Schema is more suitable for those who are :disatisfied with DTDs? : That's what David was suggesting. Test for what you want and if you find what you don't want, then give an error. Its actually a good idea, but it all depends what you want to do and how complicated is your XML.
