Saxon and Instant Saxon both support command line parameters. There are multiple examples that come with the packages that depend on this. Contact me if you need more specifics. Mike Kay documented this support very clearly in the Saxon documentation. You can read the web documentation for this information off his web site or you download the full Saxon package. If you want to play with it a little then just download the Instant Saxon (for win32 platforms) and read the web based documentation.
