Might there be advantages (aside from brevity) with using the same technique for testing for the first in a keyed group using the Muenchian grouping method? i.e. instead of: //tracker-id[generate-id(.)=generate-id(key('tid',.)[1])] use: //tracker-id[count(.|key('tid',.)[1])=1] Just a thought.
