Argh! I do not know what you are doing but, if I use a xml file (test.xml) with: <?xml-stylesheet href="test.xsl" type="text/xsl"?> <SearchSet/> and a XSL file (test.xsl) with: <xsl:stylesheet version="1.0" xmlns:xsl="http://www.w3.org/1999/XSL/Transform"> <xsl:output method="html"/> <xsl:template match="/"> <xsl:text disable-output-escaping="yes"><MIFFile 5.00></xsl:text> <xsl:apply-templates select="SearchSet"/> </xsl:template> <xsl:template match="SearchSet"> <xsl:text disable-output-escaping="yes"><MIFFile 5.00></xsl:text> </xsl:template> </xsl:stylesheet> I get my IE5 WITH MXML3 INSTALLED IN REPLACE MODE and I get: <MIFFile 5.00> <MIFFile 5.00> ...as expected. Is it possible that you have some damn installation problem?
