XML XSL and forms in IE5

I want to use XML to change the address of the forms return address,
anyone know how I can do this in IE5 which I am imbedding as a GUI into
an ap?



<FORM method="POST" action="<xsl:value-of
select="VERSION/SEGMENT/PARAMETER[@ID='ITEM_NUMBER_TYPE']"/>">

does not work
