Subject: XSLT 1.1 - using node-sets in parameters From: Matthew Bentley <Matthew.bentley@xxxxxxxxxxxxxx> Date: Wed, 6 Sep 2000 13:31:39 +1200 |
Would I be correct in assuming that in XSLT 1.1 you will be able to do this: <xsl:template match="para/item"> <xsl:call-template name="para.item"> <xsl:with-param name="gentext"> <gentext> <xsl:text>Basketball</xsl:text> </gentext> </xsl:with-param> </xsl:call-template> </xsl:template> <xsl:template name="para.item"> <xsl:param name="gentext" /> <xsl:apply-templates select="$gentext" /> </xsl:template> Which you can currently do in MSXML3, but not in any others (as far as I am aware)?
