you probably need to put bsf.jar and bsfengines.jar in your classpath:

%XALAN_HOME%\xalan.jar;%XALAN_HOME%\xerces.jar;%XALAN_HOME%\bsf.jar;%XALAN_H
OME%\bsfengines.jar;
