XSL-FO: Does anyone have an idea how to generate a sequence of dots filling the remaining of an table cell

All,

I am looking for way to fill the remaining of a table cell with dots. I
don't see any possibility. Is there anything in the spec for this or does
anyone knows a way to do this.

Are there other XSL-FO'ers outside there that use BladeRunner Composer for
publishing XML.
