<xsl:value-of select="concat('http://TPADEV041:8001/servlet/StatusQuery?report=DocumentDetail&amp;uuid=',@uuid)"/>

might be an easier way to set the attribute value. Still won't work until
you upgrade your MSXML as per the FAQ, though.
