I was wondering if anyone has a stylesheet or has had any experience converting

It's hard, because HTML vertical spans automagically push cells in subsequent rows into new columns. I did a DSSSL stylesheet for HTML to RTF, and it was kind of rough. If you can read DSSSL, check out <URL:>.
