Good point; I guess you'd quite often want to filter those out:

  <xsl:copy-of select="@*[count(.|../@xsl:*) != count(../@xsl:*)]" />

The *bad* examples are attributes from the XML namespace, since the
'xml' prefix is always bound to that namespace.
