| Hi, just trying to get xsl:includes working, but keep getting "Keyword
| xsl:import may not be used here" Using MSXML3 btw.
| <xsl:stylesheet version="1.0"
| xmlns:xsl="";
| xmlns:msxsl="urn:schemas-microsoft-com:xslt">
|   <xsl:template match="/">
|     <xsl:import href="header.xsl" />

Both <xsl:import> and <xsl:include> are top-level elements,
which means that they can only be used as direct children
of the <xsl:stylesheet>. MSXSL is complaining that you're
trying to use <xsl:import> as a child of <xsl:template>

Move your <xsl:import> to the top-level and you should be
good to go.
