Hi, Matt:

  This can be done pretty easily with xsl:sort, like:
<records>
<xsl:for-each select="records/record">
	<xsl:sort select="."/>
	<record><xsl:value-of select="."/></record>
</xsl:for-each>
</records>
This should work.
