I'm trying to create an Anchor-tag with a querystring where the querystring (SomeText) could exist of characters that are not valid in a URL such as "å", "ä" and "ö". The XSLT processor (msxml 3) replaces these (which is fine) -- but it doesn't replace it with the correct URL replacements such as "%E5", "%E4", "%F6" but with "%C3%A5", "%C3%A4" and "%C3%B6". Why is that? What am I doing wrong?
