[xsl] copying only elements

["john smith" <john_smith73@xxxxxxxxxxx>]

How can I copy just the elements of a node (no attributes and no values). 
For example, given the following xml:

<EMAIL id="2">
 <FROM>JOHN</FROM>
 <TO>JACK</TO>
 <SUBJECT x="5">Hello</SUBJECT>
</EMAIL>

I want to copy this:

<EMAIL>
 <FROM></FROM>
 <TO></TO>
 <SUBJECT></SUBJECT>
</EMAIL>


In other words, copy just the elements (no attributes and no values).
