[xsl] good old &amp; problem

Hi all

Although the "&" is entered as "&amp;" in xml it is not transformed to "&",
pushed to the client as "&amp;". Does anybody have any idea why it is so?
Could that be the parser (xalan used) problem or Java problem or smt else?
