[xsl] html to xsl........

Hi there,
I want to convert html files to xsl files with dynamic xml data.
I have predefined html files with hardcoded values,now I want to replace
those hardcoded values with the dynamic data which comes from xml file....so
to do this I hava to generate xsl files...
so how to achieve this irrespective of any number of nested loops in the
html files.

pls help me out...
