To select all "Parent" nodes that don't have a "MyNode" child.
an xsl:if doesn't select anything of course.
Rather than select too much and then use xsl:if to not process some of
them, just select the elements you want in the first place:
select="Parent[not(MyNode)]"
selects all elements called Parent that don't have a MyNode child.
