Are you sure? - according to my records I never shipped 4.6, it was about to
ship when the 8 October 1999 draft of XSLT was published and made it
obsolete.

The recent 6.4.4 seems to be OK; Release 6.4.3 was out for a couple of
months and a lot of people are using it happily.
