The new MSXML releases do not support the old namespace at all, so people will *have* to use the new one without going on in blissful ignorance that they are polluting the XSLT universe. Also, when the MSXML4 release goes live, some sample documents on MSDN will be updated, since people often copy-paste from these examples and do not realize they had the old namespace. These will be fixed due to some reports from Julian Reschke. We will try to find other old samples that might be confusing people and fix them; but if anyone finds others, I would appreciate reports as well. Of course, Wendell has a point that it is not possible to go back in time and un-print books and CDs that have been released.
