Add this on the top of your xsl
<!DOCTYPE xsl:stylesheet [ <!ENTITY nbsp "<xsl:text
disable-output-escaping='yes'>&amp;nbsp;</xsl:text>">]>
<xsl:stylesheet version="1.0">
....
</xsl:stylesheet>
