I suppose one could make a conflict-of-interest case, and maybe even win it, but I think to do so would be counter-productive, unless there was some recollection of someone saying: "we've got to break Relax!" :) when does a belief that a solution is the best shade over into pushing a solution cause to do so will further another agenda?
