Declare an !Entity that aliases   to output the unicode codepoint 160.

Sorry for the repeat question. Saw this posted a few days back but 
deleted it somehow. And searching the archives for nbsp gives too 
many hits to be useful.

What is the proper way to write &nbsp; and its html friends in xsl
documents?
