You should ask XML Schema questions on xmlschema-dev@xxxxxx rather
than here. The answer for your question, though, is to use an xs:any
wildcard; something like:
<xs:element name="body">
<xs:complexType>
<xs:sequence>
<xs:any namespace="##other" />
</xs:sequence>
</xs:complexType>
</xs:element>
