Take a look at the FO element <fo:external-graphic/>. It's pretty straightforward; the syntax is analogous to HTML <img/> except of course (it being FO) you can do many more things with it. So in your case you'd just transform your <Source> element into the <fo:external-graphic/> assigning its value (text content) to the src attribute. Your <Title> and <Description> you'll probably want in appropriately-styled block elements near by.
