Look at Microsoft's XML page at www.microsoft.com/xml. Just carefully read
the "issues"  regarding the installation differences between MSXML 4.0 and
MSXML 3.0 (side-by-side and replacement installation).

IE4.0 does not support XML transformations ... Is there a plug in to enable
xml transformation in IE4.0 ....
