I want to pass the place of my DTD in a parameter to the stylesheet. But it's not possible to say <xsl:output method="xml" encoding="UTF-8" doctype-system="{$DTDLocation}"/> (except in XSLT 1.1, but that never became a recommendation, so I want to avoid to use that).
