Subject: [xsl] XSL & Doctype Declerations From: "Karl Stubsjoen" <karl@xxxxxxxxxxxxx> Date: Wed, 19 Feb 2003 08:05:52 -0700 |
Hello, I am having troubles with a DOCTYPE entity decleration in my XSL file. I'm not confident in my XSL skills to know what exactly I'm doing wrong. Basically, I need to create an entity for the html code " " so that I can use this in my xsl transformation. I have got this to work before, but in this latter example I have needed to call out the various ADO namespaces, since the origin of my XML is a persited ADO recordset, and this (more complicated) version doesn't work with my DOCTYPE entity. Here is the xsl:stylesheet and DOCTYPE decleration I thought would work but does not: <!DOCTYPE xsl:stylesheet [ <!ENTITY nbsp " "> ]> <xsl:stylesheet version="1.0" xmlns:xsl="http://www.w3.org/1999/XSL/Transform" xmlns:s="uuid:BDC6E3F0-6DA3-11d1-A2A3-00AA00C14882" xmlns:dt="uuid:C2F41010-65B3-11d1-A29F-00AA00C14882" xmlns:rs="urn:schemas-microsoft-com:rowset" xmlns:z="#RowsetSchema"> <xsl:output method="html"/> I appreciate the help!
