Try not to use such big indentation, it makes it very hard to read.

That doesn't look well-formed to me.

I don't think you mean that. I think you mean

	</tr>
        <tr>
          <xsl:apply-templates />
        </tr>
      </table>

What you seem to need to do in the later template is to use <xsl:choose>
in the 11th column.

    <xsl:choose>
