Not quite. Some the stuff before the <div>s should
definitely go in its own page sequence, but others
maybe should not. However many of the elements in
between and after the <div>s -- but not all -- do not
belong in their own page sequence at all, but in the
page sequence of the preceding <div*>.

I'm beginning to see why the TEI stylesheets had yet
to tackle this. Uy!
