[xsl] How to get list of namespace defined in root element

Hello friends,

if i am having a code like the following.

<jsp:root xmlns:jsp="http://java.sun.com/JSP/Page";
xmlns:ui="http://www.hcl.com/taglibs/ui";
xmlns:workflow="http://www.hcl.com/taglibs/workflow";>
	<jsp:directive.page content="text/html"/>
</jsp:root> 

Using an xslt how will i retrieve the list of namespace defined in the root
element.

Please note:
The namespaces (xmlns:jsp .... ) defined in <jsp:root> are not attribute, So
it will not be in the list of attribute.


When i use the following code, it will not list the namespaces.

<xsl:template match="jsp:root">
	<xsl:for-each select="@">
		<xsl:value-of select="name()"/>
	</xsl:for-each>	
</xsl:template>

If anyone could find a solution please help me.
