Given that your original question didn't even mention that you wanted to
compare the values of name attributes of elements or that your elements
even any attributes at all, how did you think that anyone had a hope of
guessing that this is what you wanted?

something like this

<xsl:stylesheet ....
<xsl:key name="p" match="*" use="@name"/>

<xsl:template match="/">
<xsl:for-each select="//*[generate-id()=generate-id(key('p',@name))]
<xsl:value-of select="@name"/>
<xsl:text>: </xsl:text>
<xsl:for-each select="key('p',@name)">
<xsl:valuue-of select="../@name"/>
<xsl:if test="position()<last()">, </xsl:if>
</xsl:for-each>
</xsl:for-each>
</xsl:template>

...
