[xsl] Interesting discussion on typing and "non-determinism" in XQuery

Right now there is a very interesting discussion about typing and
"non-determinism" of functional languages on the base of XQuery.

For me it is clear that those, who find "non-determinism" in a functional
language and object to it actually object to the side-effects-free nature of
a functional language.
