[xsl] Combine lines of nroff output

["KIRKHAM,HOWARD (HP-FtCollins,ex1)" <lee.kirkham@xxxxxx>]

I'm using the db2man.xsl stylesheet. The DocBook XML
files contain several refsect1 and refsect2 elements with two words on two 
lines. The db2man.xsl stylesheet inserts a line break
between the words of section titles of 
more than one word. So, for example; 
"See Also" becomes
  "See
     Also"
 I've tried to remove the line break with with the strip-space 
element to no avail. How can I join the two lines in the output
without post processing the nroff file?
