Rolf,

If you look in the XSLT Recommendation (on line at www.w3.org/TR/xslt) you will find an appendix with a DTD fragment.

It is not intended to be used by itself, however, since most stylesheets use literal result elements, and therefore confound DTDs, which don't (can't) know about them. If you're not using it for validation, however, it could be of some use.

that is able to follow a validation scheme while creating an XML resource.
It hasn't to be 100% - it will not be used for validation.
