Antonio, I don't agree with Linus. He ignores several things: - By his method, you don't have the element's type, so it makes it less readible, especially for big structures. - Linus ignores the option of attributes. By combining the tree structure with both the element type and the attributes, XML is capable of describing an object oriented model.
