Inventive Designers is pleased to announce the availability of the
Scriptura Performance Whitepaper. It talks about the performance of the
Scriptura Engine and the embedded Scriptura XSL-FO Formatter.

- How fast are output documents generated, and how big can output
documents be?
- How do different platforms and systems influence the generation of the
output documents?
- Which factors influence the performance?
etc...

The whitepaper can found at
http://www.scriptura-xsl.com/Resources/Whitepapers.html

What is Scriptura?
Scriptura is the cross-platform document design and generation solution
based on XSLT and XSL-FO.

Use the Scriptura Designer to create simple and complex template
documents. The template layout can be enriched with tables, lists, images,

bar codes, fonts and more while XML or relational database data provide
the content. All objects can be conditionally formatted based upon logical

criteria
calculated on the underlying data. The Scriptura Engine takes the template

document, created with the Scriptura Designer, or any other XSLT or XSL-FO

document, and creates output in XSLT, XSL-FO, PDF, PCL5 and XHTML. The
Scriptura Engine uses the Scriptura XSL-FO Formatter to generate the
output.

There is a Graphical User Interface, Java API's, command line interface,
iSeries CL-commands, SOAP interface and WAR file available for the
Scriptura Engine. Users need no programming or coding experience or
knowledge about XSL.
