Is it well formed to say: <xsl:number level="multiple" count="form|GapFilling|solution" /> with the following dtd?
I need some like 1.2.3, normally the path is:
form/GapFilling/fillin/solution but the node"GapFilling" can only have one node "fillin", the node "fillin"
can have more nodes "solution".
