Subject: RE: [xsl] Unable to resolve the XSL reference from MS Outlook e-mail attachment on Win XP From: "Bob Cagle" <bcagle@xxxxxxxxxxx> Date: Thu, 26 Feb 2004 11:29:45 -0600 |
David I was thinking maybe it had something to do with the IE6 security settings, so I (temporarily!) set those all to low and tested it on my home machine last night (XP SP1 and Outlook 2003). I got the same results. I did not know that you couldn't run the XSL at a different server - I'm guessing then loading it to a web server and referencing the URL would then be useless? p.s. What is msxsl? I am not familiar with that... Since msxsl can call out to script and execute arbitrary code, I'm not sure I'd want to trust outlook to run it unless it was in a sandbox that prevented any extension functions from running.
