Is there a way I can see what the MIME type is from either IE6 or Mozilla?

The URL you gave is served as text/html. I dont see why Mozilla has to 
look for any stylesheets associated with it, even if it has a style PI 
in it; if the MIME is not text/xml, it's not XML.
