as it inserts namespaces related to the element being copied. Something

may work better for you. (This was suggested to me by G. Ken Holman in
the thread I refered to above, and workes great)

This does get the tags across without their namespace attributes, but has the side effect of removing all other attributes as well. I'm sure the stylesheet could be modified to include the attributes in the output, but my skills are not quite refined enough for that just yet...


Another issue is that I would also need to modify the template matching expression to select the children of the body instead of the whole document. Anyone willing to break it down for me?
